Payment Terms

By submitting a payment to Penn Brook Club using this online payment site, I acknowledge and agree to the Payment Terms listed below. Please print or save a copy of this for your records.

Payment Terms: If member (or representative of member) elects to make a payment using the Penn Brook Club online payment site (via credit card), then member (or representative of member) agrees to pay a 3% Surcharge added to the payment total. Member may avoid the Surcharge by making a payment by check (mailed to our PO Box), ACH (online), or debit card (online). Penn Brook Club reserves the right in its sole discretion to amend, modify, discontinue, or limit member’s access to the online payment site at any time. If member pays by ACH transaction, such transactions are bound by the National Automated Clearinghouse Association (NACHA) rules for business-related ACH debits.
